All U.S. orders with a subtotal of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Some products may also qualify for free shipping below this threshold. For U.S. orders below $100, any applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

Returns and order issues

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery, including sale and promotional items. For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your item is defective, damaged in transit or incorrect, contact info@bladeless-fan.com. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement.
