Faryuan offers a 14-day return policy. You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your item. This policy also applies to sale and promotional items.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at info@bladeless-fan.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged in transit or incorrect, contact us at info@bladeless-fan.com so we can review the issue. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and gift cards. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the funds.
